Product Description of High Durability Silicon Carbide Wear-Resistant Ceramic Board and Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Plate
The silicon carbide plates are constructed using high-purity silicon carbide (SiC) and industrial silicon powder as the main ingredients. They are shaped through vibration and produced using high-temperature sintering techniques.
Silicon carbide plates, along with silicon carbide bricks, sheds, brackets, and specially-shaped components, leverage silicon carbide as the primary raw material.
